heroism has no gender..a female can b a hero far much better than a man...indeed being so much dedicated n diversified she is as maintaining the whole house, family than working outside that too keeping the softness n ... in one of his poem..he says that no doubt man is active n woman is passive..as compared n contrasted with a Compass...whose fixed hand is women & rotating hand( all in action ) is man...but rotating hand cant move n complete action without falling apart untill fixed hand is fixed there for him.. :)
so women is ... See Moresource of all energy , posiotivity . insipiration n firmed actions or loyalities n emotins of a man.... a complementary part whether active passive...n not to miss petriarchy too is successful becuse of objecting womenb cx they need her any way ....and what is to worry or negate in it is going away from laws of Nature...
as in all other worlds..esp animal..the male partners has to prove themselves as perfect match for a female by competing .fighting till death, presenting food, raising highest voices building a home, or simply by dancing ( as in pea cocks pic ) before
female members to be accepted n get approval from her n how inspiring is the fac that female members of their society has all the rights to choose n decide...where they as couple share burdens n divide work- including searching for food n taking care of chicks _without any gender discrimination or division discussion...
sometimes i wonder why a, besides some rare cases, it is a man who can never move without a women.. . either as a mother, sister wife or companion..after the death of wife mostly they marry again in name of children';s betterment ..then how come widows along with laboring outside brings the children up all alone not marrying again..??? this shows the strength n power of a women as hero, active social member n as a most multi dimensional personalty that too retaining the feminine recognition ...a source of solace , companionship, comfort but more a power, strength n inspiration

DEGRADATION OF THE MESSIHAS(DOCTORS) AND THE MEDIA
Member of the Society of Professional Journalist believe that Public enlightment is the forerunner of justice and the foundation of democracy. The duty of the journalist and media is to further those ends by seeking truth providing a fair and comprehensive account of events and issues. Conscientious journalist from all the media and specialists. strive to serve the public with thoroughness and honesty. Professional integrity is the criteria or corner stone for a journalist’s credibility. Member of the journalist’s society share a dedication to ethical behavior and adopt this code to declare the society’s principle & standards of practices.
But the mass media (especially the Electronic One) has taken new dimensions adopting some modified, compromised code of ethics. Media’s the reckless race to break the news first. , Competition to show exclusive stories & an attempt to reach the common man’s door steps even in bed rooms without considering privileged ethical consideration has changed the attitudes and temperament of people on many levels. On one had it has made people an addict of anchorocracy in so called news analysis debates but shockingly on the other hand people have learnt to manipulate media for their own purposes ,wishes and gains as an outcome of the change towards social norms…….
Recently, after the incidents of the baby Emane’s death or maid Shazia’s case esp. the medical report, the incident of torture on a print media journalist by the doctors has been a hot debate, resulting into the case filed against 50 persons & dismissal of the MS of the hospital …the common point in all these n many such like incident is the media
Media is educating & empowering people on the contrary people have come to realization that they can mislead or misguide certain channels lacking investigative journalism.as they can .create hype out of a common thing.
This frankness and generalization has catered a change in mob psychology, mentality within socially accepted and respected limit giving way to a new mania among people and that is to get a live coverage or press conference of their personal disputes and misconducts. or to threat people to drag them on channels along with a mania to protest
And the virulent example to support this preposition is (after a baby girls death coverage on media, as a case of doctors negligence).”: the incident of degrading the messiahs” i.e. an attack on two lady doctors (house surgeon) in a government hospital when the frustrated ignorant relatives of a dead patients used abusive language & kicked them threatening to drag them on to channels as murderer
Giving the details the doctors told “it so happened that patience was suffering from a disease in which patients vital organs gradually fail & stop functioning leading to death. The relatives had signed the papers to take the responsibility of the consequences as the doctors had explained them each n every complexity in patient’s treatment... But even than when after 10 hrs of cares by the doctors at night. shift when patient got expired ,after her death a grief stricken relative got up in anger and attempted to punch down the lady doctor saying that ”you doctors are murderers, parasites & good for nothing, u have murdered baby Emaane too and now we will sue you in court after a press conference on media “
The doctors on recounting the event told “: for the first time in our life we were dead threatened”. They tried to call a cop from nearby police station but of no avail.
Their sheer complains with media empowering people in a negative way ignoring the investigation became the inspiration of this write up. A discussion with some of other doctors revealed the other side of picture especially the endless duties of doctors, sheer lack of facilities in hospitals, the controversial health bill n bloomy status of foreign doctors as compared to gloomy conditions of docs & hospitals. The only e recent good news is that assembly has passed a bill regarding quacks, hakeems & homeopathic doctors that they can’t write doctors with their names.
Dr. Fozia and Dr. Gohar said that the devotion, dedication respect and credibility have been over shadowed in perspective of some genuine mishandled negligence cases resulting into death. No doubt rotten eggs or black sheep do exist every where in every profession but this does not allow people to generalize the attitude ignoring the bare facts lying in root causes. Now a days doctors are under constant pressures after the famous negligence case. & health bill Rules and regulations are further tightened in case of internees and house surgeon’s who already never operates without senior doctor and medical officer (M.O) as head.
Doctors duties are arranged in such a way that 24/7 doctors remain available in hospitals even than there exists the obstacles of inadequate facilities n machinery copying with which they have to save patient’s lives. They told their 1once during an operation in a famous hospital there was no arrangements of emergency light or after power failure a patient in dire need of a ventilator but the only ventilator in hospital was not free. And so on ….
People are frustrated and coupled with illiteracy & power in hand they have smashed the basic respect for doctor’s profession and even for women. Dr. Fozia told about a TV reporter accompanying a patient who offered her a bounty and free advertisement for her clinic, in case if she favors him in priorities out of her way. The TV reporter must be ignorant of the fact that adds are illegal for doctors. But what about the ads of homoeopathic doctors and quacks, esp. on cable, who are openly playing with the hopes n lives of people claiming that they can cure each n every sickness or disease but they always remain un noticed
People must have fresh in their memories. the famous incident of Tippu Truckan wala, when the friends of injured Tippu made all the doctor host age and stopped them from attending other patients even emergency was not allowed., told Dr.,Fozia on recounting some other incidents.
In the daily hectic r routine the over burdened doctors have to face the attitude and misbehavior problem as well when the attendants of patient irritate or threat them. On the contrary they themselves remain negligent and careless towards patient but blame doctors. Especially in the criminal case when relatives may come with loaded guns and even without shirts showing their blood smeared belly or so on. An analysis of the conditions of doctor & hospital showed some shocking statistics such as:
After daylong duties and might shifts doctors do not have proper place to rest or sit for a well. while The busiest government hospital(Mayo Hospital) has 2000 beds and daily 350 -4000 operation are performed daily whereas more then 4000 people from all over Pakistan come their so doctors have to work in extra hours as well.
In foreign countries nursing is the most respectable and highly paid profession but hare they are laughing stuff to cherish. In foreign countries chemist prescribe the medicine and take care of its quality but here fake, drugs or expired medicines easily jeopardize doctor’s effort to save patients. In contrast with the ratio of one doctor per 300 people in Europe, there is one doctor per 1300 people in Pakistan. so, forcing doctors to work for 14 to 16 hours daily. But their salaries are not in accordance with their duties that too without allowances available to government official. Young doctors Association has succeeded in gaining a rise in salary paid to house jobeons.
In Britain 8.5% & in USA 16% of budget is allocated for health whereas Pakistan is spending only 1.4 % of the total expenditure.
Then there comes the problem of lack of hospitals, lack of beds & nurses in hospitals as per ratio only one nurse one bed is available for 1666 persons.
The Young Doctors Association (YDA) has moved a message that reads as:
Such ka Saath (to follow the truth) has been claimed by almost every media. But the question is that do we know what the truth n reality is? In order to save the dying patients at end stages doctors serve them in emergencies even 48 hrs continually. We know the complications & meager chances of survival. Even than we never give up. And the reward is that we are being labeled as murderers. Are we murderers? We work on salaries less than even a constable with no facilities at hand.
We clean the patients and do jobs that even their blood relations avoid doing. But doctors never expect or want a reward from the patient as we are serving humanity and ALLAH will repay us for this .Are we murderers? We will continue to serve relying on Allah Almighty is grace but at least stop blaming us as murderers in case we too are helpless before the fate n will of Allah “
Hence in the light of above mentioned facts its quite clear that doctor’s themselves are failing so much hardships and problem PMA / PMDC (Pakistan Medical Board & Dental Association) should take immediate measures to cope with the problem of doctors too, besides NGO’s & dignitaries should be moved to construct hospital and donate funds. They may get a ward constructed in the name of their dear one; salaries of doctors should be increased so there they won’t be attracted towards private sectors, most important of all media, remaining investigative & conscious about ethical codes for journalists, should play the role as a trendsetter and educator than to become a threat and exploiter. It needs to be harnessed .Now question is
”whether media is to support the media or media should support the truth n nothing else “
